A long episode is full of short moments that can stand on their own. The trick is finding them and packaging each one as its own story.
Find moments that make sense alone
Look for a strong opinion, a surprising fact, a funny story or a clear tip. If a stranger can understand the clip without the rest of the episode, it works.
Keep each clip between 30 and 60 seconds
Start right before the key line and end right after the payoff. Cut the warm-up and the long goodbye.
Reframe to 9:16
Crop to the person speaking, and switch between speakers when the conversation goes back and forth.
Add captions and a title
Word-by-word captions keep people watching with the sound off. A short title at the top tells them why this clip matters.
Post on a schedule
Ten clips from one episode means a new post every day or two. Consistency helps the algorithm more than one viral video.
